Both Ricardo Pepi and Malik Tillman came off the bench to get their names on the scoresheet as PSV Eindhoven punished 10-man Heracles to keep them ahead of the pack in the Eredivisie standings.

PSV gave themselves a boost of confidence ahead of their Champions League clash against Lens as they hammered Heracles at the Erve Asito to give themselves a seven-point gap between their rivals.
Sergino Dest started and played 60 minutes, completing 96 percent of his passes, winning five duels, and making two tackles. Malik Tillman played 36 minutes, completing 86 percent of his passes, winning two duels, and creating five chances with a shot on target. Ricardo Pepi played 30 minutes and went on to complete all of his passes, win two duels, and create two chances along with two shots on goal.
The hosts were already under great pressure when they conceded a penalty within the first 15 minutes of the contest. Justin Hoogma’s mistimed challenge on Guus Til was confirmed by the video assistant referee and he was shown a red card for his infraction. Luuk de Jong stepped up and put away the spot-kick in the 22nd minute.
Jerdy Schouten doubled PSV’s lead before halftime when Jordan Teze played the ball into space, allowing the Dutch midfielder to score with ease.
The visitors kept the momentum going in the second half as they scored a third goal in the 64th minute. Tillman, who came on for the injured Ismael Saibari, made a late run into the 18-yard box to connect with Joey Veerman’s cross with a deft touch that sneaked past the Heracles goalkeeper.
Andre Ramalho made it 4-0 five minutes later when Pepi redirected Veerman’s free-kick into the path of the Brazilian and he did not miss he sent his shot into the back of the net. Til then got his name on the scoresheet in the 84th minute as he put away his effort from a Hector Lozano assist.
Ricardo Pepi completed the rout for PSV in the 90th minute when was left completely unmarked in the area to score.
The win keeps PSV atop of the standings with 33 points.

In other action in the Eredivisie, Taylor Booth played 61 minutes for Utrecht as they shared the points with Twente following a 1-1 draw.
Zach Booth came on to play seven minutes and change for Volendam as they shared the points in a thrilling 3-3 draw with NEC.
Anthony Anello played 14 minutes for Sparta Rotterdam in their 2-1 defeat to Almere City.
Djordje Mihalovic saw no action as second-place AZ Alkmaar settled for a 1-1 draw with Excelsior.
Anthony Fontana was on the bench but did not play as PEC Zwolle came away with a 2-0 win over Fortuna Sittard.
Down in the Eerste Divisie, Gedion Zalalem went the distance for Den Bosch while on the other side, Rickson van Hees did the same for FC Utrecht II as the teams played out a 1-1 draw.
John Hilton played 71 minutes while Korede Osundina stayed on the bench as Dordrecht shared the spoils with Groningen following a 2-2 draw.
