0 minutes, 49 seconds Read

Malik Tillman’s performances this season at Rangers have been rewarded as he was chosen as the winner of the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year.

The German-born U.S. international beat out the likes of Celtic’s Liel Abada and Matt O’Riley, and Charlie Reilly of Albion Rovers in League Two.

Tillman made the move to the blue half of Glasgow in July 2022 on a season-long loan from Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich. He has been one of the bright spots for the team this season as he’s scored 12 goals in all competitions along with five assists in 43 games.

The 20-year-old midfielder will have a chance to collect more individual honors as he is nominated for three awards at Rangers: Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, and Goal of the Year.
