The U.S. men’s national team has seen their solid performances in June move them up to the 11th spot in the latest FIFA rankings.
Coming off beating rivals Mexico and Canada to retain their Concacaf Nations League title, the team moved up two spots from No. 13, putting them ahead of the likes of Switzerland, Morocco, Mexico, Germany, Uruguay, and Colombia.
This marks the highest the Americans have been in the rankings since Aug. 2021 when they reached No. 10. The highest they have ever been ranked was No. 4 back in April 2006, prior to the World Cup in Germany.
As for other teams in the Concacaf region, Mexico sits at No. 14, Costa Rica dropped to No. 42, while Nations League runners-up Canada moved up to No. 45.
