Dante Sealy is adjusting just fine in the Netherlands and he showed just how well things are going by scoring a hat-trick for Jong PSV Eindhoven in their 5-3 win over Almere City on Saturday in the Eerste Divisie.

It has been a while since the Brooklyn, New York-born forward made the move to PSV on a two-year loan deal from FC Dallas and it looks like he is fitting in well with the team as they progress through the second tier.

His hat-trick would prove to be the catalyst to help them beat Almere City after a tough loss a few days earlier.

PSV’s Johan Bakayoko and Ismael Saibari would score in the first half to level the score. Then Sealy would take over in the second half to guarantee the win.

The 18-year-old got his first in the 53rd minute when ran onto a cross from teammate Mathijs Tielemans to put the ball in the back of the net with a diving header.

It would take the youngster 30 minutes to bag his second goal on the night, but it was worth the wait as it came on a counterattack. Nathangelo Markelo sent a low cross towards the center and Sealy would slide in to guide the ball into the goal.

Sealy completed his hat-trick two minutes later when the ball from a deflected pass fell at his feet and he got his shot past two defenders before it hit the mark.

An excellent performance from the young man as he now has scored five goals so far this season and he will certainly be looking for me.

Sealy and Jong PSV’s next game will come on Nov. 1 when they face Jong AZ.
