The United States Men’s National Team has released the World Cup Qualifying Roster ahead of the September international window. Head Coach Gregg Berhalter has called in 26 players to the training camp that will suit up against El Salvador, Canada and Honduras on September 2nd, September 5th and September 8th respectively. Out of the 26-man roster, 17 of them ply their trade abroad.

Berhalter was quoted by US Soccer as saying “We have spent the last two years building the foundation and culture of the team for this moment. World Cup Qualifying is a gureling challenge that demands a complete group effort in order to be successful. We are confident in our ability to respond to the challenges that are represented along the way.”

While there are noticeable international players, Konrad de la Fuente looks to make just his second senior appearance for the USMNT after impressing at Olympique Marseille. Also included are Josh Sargent and Antonee Robinson, who were on the score sheet in England, and Brendan Aaronson, who scored midweek in the Champions League.
