With the end of 2021 for the Belgian Pro League, the last game of another “annus horribilus” played against Chris Durkin’s Sint Truiden and AS Eupen, it seems a good time to reflect on the season so far as the teams take a couple of weeks break before getting back to action in the new year.
Mark McKenzie and Genk ended up sharing the points with a Sam Vines-less Antwerp, as most of the Yank-relevant games ended up the same way, with their teams earning a solitary point.
