Chris Richards and Tyler Adams were on hand to get big points for their teams, while Antonee Robinson and Fulham came up short against Liverpool. That, and more, below.

Crystal Palace 2 – 1  Newcastle

Chris Richards played and went the full match in Crystal Palace’s come from behind win against Newcastle United.

William Osula got Newcastle ahead in the 43rd minute with a scrappy opener. Richards had been pulled well wide of central defense, and Osula could slide it home inside the six yard box.

Jean-Philippe Mateta had other plans, coming on in the 65th minute as a super sub. A goal in the 80th minute got the home side levelled with a snap header, but it was the penalty in the closing moments of added time that sealed the deal. After 90+4, Mateta had won the game from a spot kick.

Palace sit in 13th with a game in hand, and those three points could take them as high as 11th place. Next up? A Thursday trip to Fiorentina in the UECL.
